ODOS Privacy Policy

  1. Introduction

    Welcome to ODOS, operated by 3 Degrees Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the ODOS mobile application and related services, including driver management, order management, and eCommerce transactions.

    By using ODOS, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

  2. Information We Collect

    1. Personal & Contact Information

      • Full name, phone number, and email address
      • Profile photo and account credentials
      • Business name (if applicable)
      • Delivery address and billing information
    2. Driver & Vehicle Data

      • Vehicle registration, model, and license number
      • Identity documents (driver’s license or national ID)
      • Availability status and performance metrics
    3. Location Data

      • Real-time GPS location for routing, tracking, and proof of delivery
      • Location history for analytics and dispute resolution
    4. Order & Transaction Data

      • Order details (items, quantities, and prices)
      • Pickup and delivery addresses; order history and status updates
      • Payment records and receipts
    5. Payment & Financial Data

      Note: We do not store full payment card numbers or security codes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

      • Transaction IDs, timestamps, confirmations
      • Payout/settlement metadata (for merchants)
      • Wallet balances or refund records (if applicable)
    6. Technical & Usage Data

      • Device model, OS, and app version
      • IP address and network info
      • Usage analytics, logs, crash reports
  3. How We Use Your Information

    1. Service Delivery

      • Manage driver operations, dispatch orders, and coordinate deliveries
      • Match customers with nearby drivers or merchants
      • Provide real-time status updates and notifications
    2. eCommerce Functions

      • Process purchases, refunds, and returns
      • Manage seller accounts, product listings, and transactions
      • Issue electronic receipts and confirmations
      • Recommend products/services based on activity
    3. Communication

      • Send order updates, service messages, and promotions
      • Respond to support requests and technical issues
    4. Compliance & Safety

      • Verify driver and merchant identities
      • Prevent fraud, misuse, and Terms violations
      • Comply with legal, tax, and audit obligations
  4. How We Share Information

    1. Customers – Driver name, vehicle details, and contact number for delivery coordination
    2. Drivers – Customer name, order contents, and delivery address
    3. Merchants/Sellers – Buyer contact details and delivery addresses for fulfillment
    4. Service Providers – Payments, hosting, analytics, and notifications (under contract)
    5. Legal – When required by law or to protect rights/safety

    We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

  5. eCommerce & Payment Processing

    Purchases made via ODOS are processed through trusted third-party gateways. These providers encrypt and process your financial data in line with PCI-DSS and other applicable standards. We receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., amount and transaction ID) to confirm payment.

    Refunds and chargebacks are handled per our Refund Policy and the applicable payment processor’s terms.

    For merchants, payout and settlement information may be processed by our partners to complete disbursements.

  6. Data Retention

    We retain personal and transactional data only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal/tax requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Afterwards, we anonymize or securely delete the data.

  7. Data Security

    • Hardened cloud infrastructure with restricted access
    • MFA for administrative access
    • Periodic security reviews and updates

    While we take reasonable safeguards, no system is completely secure. Use of ODOS is at your own risk.

    • Withdraw consent; request restriction or portability
    • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

  9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

    You can adjust cookie/permission settings on your device; some features may not function without them.

  10. Children’s Privacy

    ODOS is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

  11. International Data Transfers

    If you access ODOS outside of Seychelles, your data may be processed in other countries. We implement appropriate safeguards for transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

  12. Changes to This Policy

    We may update this policy periodically. The latest version will be posted in the App and/or website with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of ODOS means you accept the changes.
